Dena Baldwin
President of Go Big! Enterprise, founding the company in 2006. She received her Bachelors in Marketing from Arizona State University (ASU) and obtained her Executive Masters Degree in Sustainability Leadership from ASU in 2016.
Ky Westbrook

Ky Westbrook is a graduate of University of Southern California and received degrees in Communication and Comparative Literature. Ky has an impressive history running track and field.
Jacob Payne

Jacob Payne started as an intern for Go Big! Enterprise while studying at Yale University. Jacob's now entering into the field of Architectural Design.

Our Story
I am Dena Baldwin, President of Go Big! Enterprise, and I founded the company, previously known as Baldwin Consulting, in 2006. While obtaining my Executive Masters Degree in Sustainability Leadership and working on my Capstone titled: “Go Big! At Strengthening Your Companies’ Employee Engagement and Experience Sustainability Success,” I learned about the issue of staff turnover.
I have brought in two bright and talented people, Ky Westbrook and Jacob Payne, and together we have developed a new approach that embraces a multi-generational workforce.
I’ve interviewed dozens of CEO’s and executives and asked for their top three things that keep them up at night. Almost every one had “Staff turnover” on their list, and most had it at the top. On the flip side, I’ve talked with many unhappy employees--who have quit their jobs or consumed their days thinking about quitting. This is where our passion to address major expensive corporate concerns was born!
